The DJI Zenmuse L3 represents the next generation of aerial LiDAR technology, purpose-built for the Matrice 400 platform. Designed for exceptional range, precision, and efficiency, the L3 sets a new benchmark for 3D data capture and mapping performance.

FLAGSHIP LONG-RANGE LIDAR PERFORMANCE

Powered by a 1535 nm high-energy laser with a maximum range of 950 m (at 10% reflectivity), the Zenmuse L3 delivers unmatched reach for complex environments like open-pit mines, mountainous terrain, and large-area surveys. Its adjustable point cloud rate up to 2 MHz allows operators to balance data density and energy efficiency, revealing the finest structural details in every mission.

HIGH-ACCURACY MAPPING

With typical accuracy between 2–4 cm and real-time Z-axis precision of 15 cm, the L3 provides crystal-clear insights for topographic mapping, digital twin creation, engineering, and infrastructure modeling. At 120 m altitude, it achieves a horizontal accuracy of 4 cm and vertical accuracy of 3 cm, ideal for demanding geospatial workflows.

DUAL 100 MP MICRO 4/3 CAMERAS

Equipped with dual Micro 4/3 CMOS sensors and native 100 MP resolution, the integrated imaging system captures ultra-sharp visuals to complement LiDAR datasets. Users can switch to 25 MP mode for faster shooting intervals, achieving 1.2 cm GSD at 120 m or 3 cm GSD at 300 m—ensuring accurate, high-resolution photogrammetry even in low-light conditions.

OPTIMIZED FOR THE DJI MATRICE 400

The Zenmuse L3 is only compatible with the DJI M400 due to its 1.6 kg payload weight and advanced anti-drop gimbal bracket. The M400’s enhanced power system and endurance ensure stable, vibration-free operation for this high-power, high-precision payload.
